open both doors pull weather seal. 
loosen screws in the C-channel bracket may have to take one of the screws out and put visor between bracket and cab tighten screws and adjust visor as needed between shield needs 1inch for wiper clearance then put 3 self taps in each side put support pads in as many as you need for between center of wind shield and visor put block of pads in stick to visor center of review mirror.
